At Abacus, we are committed to providing quality service. We will ensure your order is processed quickly and goods that are in stock are dispatched to you within one working day of receipt of payment. If goods are not in stock, we will let you know an expected delivery date as soon as we receive your order. We understand the need for promptness and also the need for quality. We personally check all orders that are dispatched from our warehouse ensuring safe delivery to your door.

You can place your order with us via any of the following methods:

Online: Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the 'check out'. We will email confirmation of your order within one business day.

Fax/Post/Email: You can also fill out an order form and send it to us via your preferred method.

Otherwise, please feel free to give us a call if you would prefer to speak to us in person.

- Credit Card - online orders - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard. Credit card orders are processed via secure SSL server and your details are encrypted to prevent fraud.

- Credit card - phone or fax - If you are not comfortable submitting your credit card details online, you may fax or phone your order to us on (07) 3325 3482. Please use an order form for faxed orders.

- Direct deposit - You may deposit the funds directly into our bank account. Please email us for bank account details if you wish to choose this payment option.

- Money Order - You may also pay with an Australian money order, available at any post office.

- Pay on Account - of course if you are a regular Abacus customer, you may wish to open an account with us. Please contact us for more details if you would like to open an account.

- We deliver to anywhere within Australia! Please see below for a delivery time guide within Australia.
